These are exclusive, trade-only items typically available only to interior designers—but now, you can shop them too! Each piece is selected with quality, craftsmanship, and timeless design in mind, making it easy to create a beautifully curated space without the overwhelm of endless browsing.

  • When you order from our curated collections, your purchase is processed through SideDoor, our partner platform that allows you to access exclusive, trade-only furniture and decor. SideDoor handles the ordering process and coordinates shipping directly from the manufacturer to your home.

    All items include threshold delivery, which means your order will be delivered to your front door but won’t be unpacked or assembled. Some products may offer White Glove Delivery as an upgrade at checkout, which includes placement in your desired room, unpacking, removal of packaging, and light assembly (if applicable).
    For larger furniture pieces, we highly recommend selecting White Glove service for a smoother experience.

  • SideDoor will keep you updated via email with order status updates, shipping details, and tracking information. For larger furniture pieces, the local freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time.

  • Due to the exclusive nature of these trade-only products, all sales are final. Returns, cancellations, and exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged. If this happens, please inspect your delivery upon arrival, take photos of any damage (including packaging), and report it to SideDoor customer service within 48 hours so they can assist in resolving the issue. To help ensure confidence in your purchase, we’re happy to provide additional details and finish samples upon request before ordering.

  • We ensure that our pricing never exceeds the manufacturer’s minimum advertised price (IMAP), and we also include threshold shipping in our prices—something many online retailers add as an extra charge. If you come across a lower price elsewhere, send us an email at lina@freskadesigns.com, and we’ll be happy to match it whenever possible. Shopping with us means you’re supporting a small business and the interior design industry rather than a big-box retailer, and we truly appreciate that!
